EARTHANE can be sprayed on most dry surfaces. Wood, concrete, and steel are the primary substrates in need of foam insulation. Whether in new construction or for building retrofit and renovation, EARTHANE will improve the environmental performance of any structure. EARTHANE is formulated in several densities and speeds for different applications.

1.8 pounds per cubic foot EARTHANE is generally used for insulation in stud wall construction or for wall and ceiling insulation over metal or concrete substrates in general insulation applications. The use of EARTHANE allows for more insulation in less space increasing the efficiency of wall assemblies during building retrofit. EARTHANE can be applied on tanks, pipes and most anything in need of insulation.

2.1 pounds per cubic foot EARTHANE is generally used for cold storage and freezer construction or in application where increase structural value is required. This higher density EARTHANEtm is used for specialized applications where the increased structural properties contribute to the performance of the building’s wall or ceiling assembly performance.

3.0 pound per cubic foot and higher EARTHANE is used for structural applications.  EARTHANE can be custom formulated in a wide range of densities for specialized applications.

For EARTHANE we use the latest technology in foam application equipment. Our Gusmer / Graco hydraulic proportioners are the state of the art with thermostatically controlled primary and hose heat along with electronic pressure monitors. These proportioners are coupled to a variety of available spray guns tailored to the specific application. We use over sized material supply pumps to best insure continuous material supply, the most common cause of off ratio problems. Our on site units are self contained with air and electric supply as well as a self container breathing apparatus for each applicator. The new site equipment packages are being mounted on All Wheel Drive vehicles for better mobility both on and off your construction site.

In addition to our foam spraying capability, we also apply cementitious thermal barriers where a 15 minute barrier is required by the building code and a variety of “O” perm coatings and various primers to support a proper, total package application for most any project requirements.
